Fancy a change from Christmas carols? Grab your basin of gravy 👶 and your dustbin lids 🧒 and join us for some festive songs at the Ol’ Johanna! 🎹

Baby Knees Up is a zany, interactive family event and this time it has a Christmas twist. Enjoy bubbles, puppets and plenty of singing along for adults, babies and children aged 0 – 100. Tom Carradine (of Carradine’s Cockney Singalong fame) entertains young and old with festive medleys and Christmas songs ranging from Spike Jones to Aled Jones!

• A mix of medleys! Whether it’s Christmas or Cockney, there’s plenty to sing along to

AGE RECOMMENDATION

Open to all ages but we recommend for ages 0 – 7. Good fun for parents/carers and grandparents too! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

VENUE & TRANSPORT

There will be space for buggies but we always appreciate it if you can bring a sling!

There is baby changing at this venue, disabled access and a cafe on site which is open 10am – 3pm.

Chelmsford Station is a 5 minute walk away. Bus station is 2 minutes walk.

The closest parking to the Theatre can be found at Townfield Street car park, Coval Lane car park (entrance via Rainsford Lane)and Fairfield Road car park, (entrance via Coval Lane). Check restrictions and charges and all car parks are now cashless.

Doors open 15-20 minutes before start time and we can admit latecomers. Concert lasts approximately 45 minutes.
